GEL NAIL’s POLICY
1. REFUND
We do not offer refunds on services already completed.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 1 week and give us the receipt so that we can address it promptly.
2. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable.
We are not responsible if your Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
3. CLIENT WELLNESS
If you are feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, infections), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
If any open wounds, fungus or infections are present, we may refuse service for your safety and that of others.
Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before starting a service.
4. BELONGINGS
- Customers are responsible for keeping their own items safe, secure, and in their possession at all times.
- The store and its staff are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items brought onto the premises. Our store can only extract cameras file to support!
- For your convenience, please keep valuables with you and avoid leaving them unattended.
5. SALON ENVIRONMENT
We understand that sometimes you must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
6. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Is rude or disrespectful to staff or other clients
- Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior
